How do I maintain muscle?
I read that for 1 pound of muscle you need 10 calories. Well, it means that my body has need a total of 1,680 calories to maintain … Yes, I can eat fair value of 1680 calories, and keep all my muscles? I do not think this is correct, but I'm not sure. ALSO: I am currently doing HIIT / Steady cardio 3x per week and heavy lifting 2x a week. Will it ensure that I keep my muscles (at least minimize degradation of muscle) while losing fat? Or do I need to lift 3x per week and do cardio 2x a week? My goal is to lose fat and muscle to retain does not increase muscle mass. FYI, I read on forums of men's health.
if muscle is not used for 30-40 hours, it begins to decrease in size may increase the number of sessions of weight, but decrease the weight being lifted
